Mission Statement

At Legacy Legal Group, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality litigation support and administrative legal services to pro se individuals, families, small businesses, and licensed legal professionals, while operating in full compliance with Texas Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) regulations.

We assist individuals navigating the court system by offering clerical document preparation, formatting, and procedural support for select family law–related filings, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, and adoption paperwork. All services are performed strictly at the client’s direction, using court-approved forms, and do not include legal advice, legal opinions, or representation.

To support access to justice without exceeding statutory limitations, we provide administrative assistance and legal research support in matters affecting fundamental rights, including tenant–housing disputes and post-conviction relief filings. Any matter requiring legal interpretation, strategy, or representation is referred through our network of over 50 licensed Texas attorneys, ensuring clients receive proper legal counsel when necessary.

Legacy Legal Group also offers a flat-fee Contract Analysis & Formatting service designed to assist businesses with organizational review, clause identification, and document clarity. We do not draft, revise, or interpret contracts as legal counsel. All substantive legal analysis, enforceability determinations, and legal revisions are conducted exclusively by or in coordination with licensed Texas attorneys.

In addition, we partner with attorneys and law firms by providing freelance paralegal and litigation support services under direct attorney supervision. Our services include legal research, drafting at attorney direction, discovery organization, motion preparation support, and procedural compliance assistance, performed by NALA-certified paralegals in accordance with Texas ethical standards.
